Thank you for your interest in the programme M. A. in Tourism and Recreation, hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "our service." By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
